Apple support

Experienced and competent support on Mac, iOS, iPad OS and iCloud. Everything from setup, updates, restoring data, troubleshooting and debugging, synchronization across your Apple devices to assistance in connection with back-up etc.

Printer, AV-udstyr & Network

I support with setting up the printer, updating and possibly troubleshooting for printer problems. I also guide and assist in setting up and testing network solutions. I also provide assistance in connection with setting up AV equipment.

Mail, calendar and other software

If you need help with the implementation and administration of software, I support the following; Office 365, Google, Adobe, Okta, Casper/JAMF, Zoom, AD, Endpoint manager/Intune.

Advice & Guidance

I provide guidance on IT security and procurement, to ensure that you put together your Apple-based solution in the best possible way and get the most benefit from your investment.

The low down

I can support your systems via remote access or in person, depending on the type and extent of the task. And I operate throughout Greater Copenhagen.

My normal phone hours are from 8.30-17.00 every weekday, and limited at the weekend


You are only billed per started ½ hour at very competitive prices. There is the option of both settlement in arrears, cf. time consumed per task, or the possibility of an additional discount when purchasing clipping cards with up-front payment.

It is my experience that many of the traditional support tasks can be completed within ½ - 1 hour.
